SLINK (w9li.com) provides software and services to companies and individuals: an AI assistant, automation, digital-signage screens, device agents and private networks. This page explains what we store and why.
What we store
- Accounts: email, name and sign-in credentials (hashed). Guest use needs no account.
- Service data: what the service needs to work — screens, playlists and media you upload; device status reported by agents; conversations and memory for the assistant, which you can review and delete inside the app.
- Payments: card payments are handled by a licensed payment provider; we never see or store card numbers. We keep the invoice reference, amount and payer email.
- Diagnostics: crash reports and performance events, without the content of your conversations, used only to fix problems.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data and do not use it to train third-party models.
- Branded deployments ("YourBrand, by SLINK") keep each company's data separate.
- Every support action on your devices or screens is written to an audit log you can request.
Where it lives
On servers we operate in the European Union, with encrypted transport everywhere. Private-network traffic between your devices is end-to-end encrypted and does not pass through us.
Your rights
Ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and everything with it: platform@w9li.com. We answer within one business day.
